Used VSI Crusher Working Principle
Materials fall into the hopper through the feed hole into the center high-speed rotation of the rotor speed and is fired after a mouth full throw, the first free-fall with a rebound after a part of the material to impact, and impact to the surrounding vortex with vortex chamber like material lining (or counter block), the first being bounced back to the top of the crushing chamber, after the deflection downward movement, and emitted from the impeller material impact to form a continuous material curtain finally discharged via the lower discharge port. In this way, a piece of material in the vortex chamber by the two broken many chances to impact, friction and abrasive crushing effect. The material was broken by the lower row of the discharge port.
