beyond the high separation efficiency, the series “qs” is characterized by its particular economy and reliability. as both bearings are arranged outside the separator, they can be replaced without dismantling the rotor. to suit the different application conditions, the separators of all our series are equipped with a metallic, chemical-ceramic or ceramic (al2o3-ceramics) wear protection.
upon request, the series “qs” can also be supplied as modular system. this permits the subsequent installation of an additional separating air supply coil, an additional cyclone and fan to double the capacity of the separator.
