used vibrating screen working principle
vibrating screen working principle: by the motor force and adjusting the amplitude of the eccentric shaft, vibrating screen moves quickly like a circle. materials in the sieve case can be saperated and screened from the sieve pore in this process.
vibrating screen moves round. it has multi-layers and is of high efficiency. the eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. the material drops down along the long line. in screen grading, the material is separated mechanically on screen plates. rolling bearings in vibrating screen are stressed by high, mostly shock-type loads. moreover, the bearings, while rotating about their own axis, perform a circular, elliptical or linear vibrating motion. this results in high radial accelerations which additionally stress the bearings, and especially the cages, considerably. the operating speeds of the vibrating screen are usually very high. as a result, the bearing temperatures are up to 20 to 30 degrees kelvin higher than in normal applications. in addition, considerable misalignments between the bearing locations and considerable shaft deflections have to be accommodated.
the screen plates can be divided into two types, mono-layer and multi-layer. all types of screen plates shall be in conformity with requirements of high efficiency separation, long life without blocking the hole bottom. the screen of this series is in pedestal assembly. the inclination of the screen face can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring base. the generator is installed on the left or right side of the screen frame. the materials shall be supplied on the right side along the movement direction unless otherwise specified.
